We pride ourselves on providing a nurturing and encouraging environment where staff can grow and develop. All our staff receive clinical supervision and have access to free, regular CPD sessions: enabling you to grow in your practice and explore an area of specialism if you so wish. Our volunteer counsellors also have access to CPD.
Many Renew staff members go on to become experienced counsellors, and all of our clinical managers began their time at Renew as counsellors or supervisors.
