We are seeking a qualified Personal Development Group Facilitator to join our friendly team.

Renew Counselling and Training are looking for a warm and resilient qualified counsellor to facilitate students on our person-centred DipHE in Counselling (Child & Young Person) in partnership with Anglia Ruskin University.

This role will be based at our Training Centre in Chelmsford, and the successful candidate will commit to weekly facilitation of a maximum of two groups on a Wednesday afternoon, during term-time (September to December and January to May only). £22/£29.50 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience + specialist monthly supervision provided.

To be eligible for this position you should have a recognised qualification in Counselling/Psychotherapy (minimum level 4), ideally with experience and qualification in group facilitation and/or in counselling in Higher Education.
