We are looking to recruit a Schools Counsellor to work within a Senior School in the Colchester area with a requirement for an immediate start.

This role will be on a part-time, term-time contract for a fixed period of one term (12 weeks).

The successful candidate will be required to work 1 day per week, completing 5 sessions in that day.

The actual salary for this contract (of 12 weeks) is: £1,274.76 gross.

To be eligible for this position you must:

• Have successfully completed a counselling/therapy training to at least diploma level.
• Be a member of BACP and have completed the Certificate of Proficiency (desirable).
• Have a minimum of 250 hours of supervised therapeutic practice – with at least half children and young people.
