I work at our centre in Chelmsford and have been here for 4 years now. I particularly enjoy my dual role as it gives me a broad insight into Renew as a whole. I believe in giving the best service to our clients and helping them to feel as comfortable and supported as possible during their time with us. I also feel the same way about our staff and work to provide that within my HR role. I work at Renew because I genuinely believe we do our best to provide high quality, accessible support to our local community. Renew is the warmest most caring place I have ever worked and I feel that this is reflected in the care we give to our clients.
