I work with children, young people and adults at our centre in Chelmsford and online. I qualified in 2002, obtained BACP accreditation in 2005 and joined Renew Counselling (former WHCM) in 2006. Renew’s ethos and commitment to alleviate emotional distress aligns with my values has been the springboard for my professional and personal development. My core theoretical model is person-centred and I welcome the wisdom captured in other theoretical approaches and ideas that I can draw on in my striving to connect with the unique and multitude of ways individuals endeavour to overcome life’s challenges and make the best of their circumstances. I have experience of working with individuals from different cultural groups and with wide a wide range of issues. I can also offer counselling to Polish-speaking clients.
