Join Us for Our World Mental Health Day Online Workshop: The Power of No
As part of our commitment to supporting mental health in the community, Renew is excited to invite you to our special online workshop for World Mental Health Day: “The Power of No: Prioritising Your Mental Health at Work”.
In today’s fast-paced work environment, it can be challenging to protect your mental wellbeing. Many of us struggle to set boundaries, say “no” when we need to, or know how to prevent burnout before it’s too late. This workshop is designed to help you take control of your mental health at work, so you can thrive both professionally and personally.
Workshop Details:
- The Power of No: Prioritising Your Mental Health at Work
- Thursday 10 October 2024
- 12pm – 1pm
- Online
- Led by Nikki Schuster, Chief Exec
What You’ll Learn:
- How to set clear, healthy boundaries at work without feeling obstructive.
- How to say “no” assertively without coming across as aggressive.
- Strategies to build self-confidence and stand firm in your decisions.
- Recognising your limits and preventing burnout before it happens.
This workshop is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to prioritise their mental wellbeing at work. Whether you’re a leader, an employee, or simply someone looking to better manage workplace stress, this session will provide practical tools and insights to make a positive difference in your everyday life.
Why Attend?
Not only will you gain valuable knowledge and strategies, but your participation will also directly support our charity’s mission. All proceeds from this event will go towards funding Renew’s counselling services, helping us to provide much-needed mental health support to individuals and families across the community.
We’re suggesting a £5 donation for the workshop to keep it accessible to as many people as possible. Our Chief Executive is kindly donating her time to run the session, and every contribution helps. Your donations allow us to continue providing counselling to individuals who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford it, making a real difference in our community.
